Cleansing oil is an oil based cleanser that effectively remove sunscreen and makeup. It is suitable to use for double cleansing. I am going to show you how you could create your own cleansing oil with your choice of oils. Since it is not leave on products, I prefer to use cheaper oils.
You need oil soluble surfactants. I am using PEG 7 Glyceryl Cocoate in my formula. It is derived from glycerin and coconut and non-ionic surfactant. You need less than 5 minutes in creating this cleanser. It is cheap and effective removing makeup and sunscreen.
I am using Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, almond oil and essential oil. Feel free to use other oils. You can also adjust the amount of oil and surfactants accordingly. Remember to use antioxidants because this is oil based formula.

Materials
Phase I
- 10 % Peg 7 Glyceryl Cocoate
- 60 % Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride
- 29 % Almond Oil
- 0.5 % Vitamin E (Tocopherol)
- 0.5 % Essential Oil

- Combine all materials in phase I together
